I called Kathy a couple of months before we went on our vacation to Cancun. Explained to her what we were looking to do. She gave us multiple options that were all fabulous! We chose Hyatt Riva and got back last week. It was perfect! Great food, service and accommodations! It was on budget and we had all the information and transfers explained before we went and was flawless. Kathy went above and beyond to help with the children get their first passports as State Dept. dropped the ball. We are already thinking about where we are going next summer. Kathy and her team were first class from start to finish! Highly Highly Highly RECOMMEND !!

We couldn’t be happier with Sue Smith Vacations. Our family has used them for years. William is an absolute saint. When we booked our cruise he persisted in helping us through at least two date changes, a ship change, an itinerary change, multiple name changes, and more. He worked tirelessly for days to get us onboard the exact cruise we wanted while making sure we could take advantage of every perk and discount that was available. He did hours worth of work and we truly appreciate it. It helps to have people “in the know” when you are booking travel. Just returned from a 2 week trip to the French Polynesian islands of Tahiti, Moorea, and Bora Bora. Will took care of all the arrangements for us to have a great trip. We fell in love with the island of Moorea and will be working with Will again in the future on a return trip along with our other travel plans.

My husband and I booked a last minute trip between Christmas and New Years. We wanted to go to a beach and warm weather.I had no idea where to start to look for trips, so I called Sue Smith Vacations for suggestions and within a few days they had options for us to choose from. We decided on a resort in Jamaica, Ocean Eden Bay. Sue Smith Vacations handled everything. Going through Customs was a breeze with Club Mobay. Thank you Robyn with Sue Smith Vacations for helping us to plan our 20th anniversary trip on the Rocky Mountaineer through Canada! The train ride was spectacular with views of the mountains, lakes and wildlife. The staff couldn’t do enough for us keeping us well fed and entertained. Our hotels were absolutely beautiful and an anniversary gift was waiting for us as we checked in😍 We walked 33 miles in 10 days! So many terrific memories! Gondolas 7,000+ft, glaciers, the blue green water made from “rock flour” of the glaciers. We were within 12ft of 2 grizzly bears on Grouse Mountain in Vancouver!
